On Thursday, April 14, 2011, theBestArts and BROADWAY SESSIONS held a "CCM Showcase Cabaret" featuring
performances by alumni
and students of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM)'s musical theatre program.
Alumni and students celebrated and introduced the talents of the CCM musical theatre class of 2011.

Twelve of the sixteen members of the CCM MT class of 2011 performed:

Julie Kavanagh,
Joe Moeller and
Greg Tate.
Senior Andre Catrini, Broadway veteran Will Van Dyke and songwriter Derek Gregor accompanied the seniors.
Will Van Dyke and Joshua Stephen Kartes accompanied the alums.
Thanks to Ben Cameron and Broadway Sessions for hosting the event,
Will Van Dyke for his expert music direction and
Andre Catrini for coordinating CCM student performances.
Event Details
The cabaret was held at the Midtown Theatre on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at
163 W. 46th St., New York, NY inside the
HA! Comedy Club.
There is a full bar and snack menu.
The venue is 18+.
A collection was made for
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS; they provide support for critical health issues
(including HIV/AIDS) to individuals in the entertainment
industry and to over 400 community organizations across the country. BC/EFA is a
501 (c)(3) non-profit.
Open-Mic Segment
After the CCM students and alums finish performing, we moved to an open-mic night until 2:00am. All performances were
professionally videotaped at no charge.
